Wine Worship & Sacrifice
In December 2007 The Arthur M Sackler Gallery, at the Smithsonian Institute Washington, held an exhibition of the 2003 excavation of graves at Vani (350 BC) a few kilometres south of Kutaisi.
Most of us were unable to visit the exhibition and although it may be easier to fly to Washington than drive to Cambridge we certainly have an opportunity that should not be missed to see this fabulous artwork
